Gillian O’Shea
Manufacturing Excellence Manager
Wyeth Nutrition
‘Paul delivered a most insightful, inspiring and thought-provoking work-shop to close out our end of year operational master plan (OMP) session. Paul speaks very honestly and candidly around his experience and achievements as an inter-county hurler and does very well to tie the desire, discipline and drive needed to embed winning habits in the world of elite sport to help both navigate and overcome the mental challenges that an individual is faced with on a daily basis in both their personal and work lives especially during times of change. Paul’s offering serves to help organisations provide their teams with the tools required to promote a positive mind-set and drive performance while at the same time providing the safe space needed to enrich their overall wellbeing’.
Open Championships Irish Dancer
“ Nerves and self-doubt really impacted my performance at competitions. I didn't dance as well as I knew I could and I was always disappointed in myself, knowing I could and should have done much better, especially at major competitions. Having failed by the minimal of margins four times in the last year to qualify for the World Championships I decided to look for help with my mental preparation and performance. After only four sessions with Paul, I have had my best result at a major competition, qualifying for the World Championships and finishing in a podium position. I am so grateful and excited to continue to work with Paul to see where this journey can take me”

Brian O Connell, Clare Minor Hurling Manager 2023 and 2024
“Pauls experience as a player, teacher, and in performance psychology were an integral part of the Clare minor hurling team’s successful year in 2023. His ability to engage with players in both an individual and group setting allowed them to be extremely comfortable and confident in setting their goals.
Paul has a player centred approach to his sport performance coaching, the players trusted and respected him and this is why he got the best out of them on a consistent basis.
A stand out attribute for Paul is his sense of what is required to refocus the team during the highs and lows of a sporting season. His ability to communicate and relay messages to the management group ensured we were all working in the same direction.”
